All tare weighing is performed in our facility under proven standard operating procedures which specify the frequency of weight audits and balance calibrations to ensure accurate tare weights and weighing reproducibility.
All tare weights are provided to the customer in an excel file listing labware barcodes and associated tare weights. The customer can also log in to the "Member Area" on our website to retrieve the files directly online using a username and password that is printed on each box.
